The 5%ers offers four CFD programs (1-step, 1-step paid, 2-step, 3-step) plus a separate Futures track on Black Arrow — picking the right program is the most important purchase decision. I run the Futures Basecamp/Rebate side personally; the CFD details come from the firm's Help Center. Full plan-by-plan comparison in my 5%ers accounts guide, or read the complete review. The 5%ers is a multi-asset funded trading firm offering six programs across two tracks: four CFD evaluations (Hyper Growth, Pro Growth, High Stakes, Bootcamp) on MT5 Hedge and cTrader, plus a Futures track (Basecamp and Rebate) on the Black Arrow platform. Each program targets a different trader profile by structure (1-step, 2-step, 3-step, futures evaluation), risk tolerance (3% pause vs 3% terminate vs 5% terminate), and asset preference (forex, metals, indices, crypto CFD on three of four CFD programs; equity-index and energy futures on Black Arrow). This pillar is the complete reference: every program's structure, fees, rules, scaling track, and decision logic, plus the path that fits each trader profile.

The 6 programs at a glance

As of May 2026, The 5%ers operates six funded trading programs. The pipe table below compares all six on the parameters that drive purchase decisions: structure, account sizes, entry fee, profit target, daily loss rule, maximum drawdown, profit split start, scaling ceiling, crypto availability, and platform.

A few asymmetries to call out before going deeper. Hyper Growth uses a 3% daily loss PAUSE. Trading is paused until the next server reset and the account is not terminated. Every other program with a daily loss rule terminates on breach. High Stakes Step 1 entry is $19 across every account size from $2.5K to $100K, per the firm's official product page. Bootcamp is the only program with a mandatory stop-loss on every position. Crypto CFDs trade on Hyper Growth, Pro Growth, and High Stakes. Not on Bootcamp, not on Futures.

The Futures track is a separate product on a separate platform with separate rules. It launched in beta in February 2026, accepts US traders, and is what we test ourselves. More on that below.

I'm a Futures-track trader on The 5%ers, running Black Arrow during the beta rollout. Multiple evaluation passes, $9,000 in payouts over the last three months on the bi-weekly cadence, no friction on the process. Most of the comparison facts here come from the firm's official program pages. The Futures section reflects what we've actually traded.

1-step CFD: Hyper Growth vs Pro Growth

Hyper Growth and Pro Growth are both 1-step CFD evaluations. Single-phase challenges that lead directly to a funded account on completion. The two programs share the same account sizes ($5K, $10K, $20K) and the same profit target (10%), but the rule profile diverges in three load-bearing places: the daily loss treatment, the minimum profitable days requirement, and the scaling ceiling.

Hyper Growth. The 3% daily loss rule pauses trading until the next server reset rather than terminating the account. This is the single most-cited differentiator across The 5%ers' lineup. Most prop firms terminate on daily loss breach, and a pause-not-terminate structure is rare. There is no minimum profitable days requirement on Hyper Growth, and the maximum allocation across all Hyper Growth accounts is $40,000 total. Profit split starts at 50/50 and scales through 75/25, 80/20, and 100% as the account grows toward the $4,000,000 ceiling. Crypto CFDs are available on the Hyper Growth product page verbatim: "Assets available: FX, Metals, Indices, crypto." A 15% off promo runs on the $10K size through June 1, 2026.

Pro Growth. Introduced in 2026, Pro Growth is the paid 1-step variant on the same /hyper-growth/ product page. The pricing is $74 for $5K, $140 for $10K, and $270 for $20K. The 3% daily loss rule TERMINATES the account on breach (not a pause). A 3-day minimum profitable days requirement applies, and each of the three days must show at least 0.5% profit on closed positions. The profit split starts higher than Hyper Growth. 75/25. And scales to 80/20 and 100%. The scaling ceiling is $500,000 (one-sixteenth of Hyper Growth's). Maximum accounts: one per size tier, so one $5K, one $10K, and one $20K Pro Growth concurrent. Leverage is 1:30 on forex, 1:25 on indices and metals, 1:1.5 on commodities, and 1:0.60 on crypto.

The choice between them. Hyper Growth is the better fit for traders who value the pause-not-terminate safety net, want no minimum profitable days, and want the long-term scaling ceiling. Pro Growth is the better fit for traders who want a higher starting profit split (75/25 vs 50/50), are comfortable with the stricter daily loss rule, and have a profit pattern that hits at least 0.5% on three or more days. The Pro Growth-Hyper Growth choice is fundamentally about risk-tolerance and split-progression preference, not about asset access or platform.

A note on the Hyper Growth promo. The 15% off $10K promo runs through June 1, 2026, redeemed via hub.the5ers.com/en/coupons/1/15hg. Whether the public promo stacks with the PTV affiliate code is not documented. Treat the public promo as the floor and the PTV reader discount as a separate path.

2-step CFD: High Stakes

High Stakes is The 5%ers' 2-step CFD evaluation. And the program with the broadest size range, the highest leverage, and the tightest news-trading rule on the CFD lineup.

Structure and sizes. Two phases. Step 1 and Step 2. Leading to a funded account. Account sizes span from $2,500 to $100,000 in six tiers: $2.5K, $5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, and $100K. The maximum-accounts logic is tier-based: one $2.5K account, one $5K account, one account at either $10K or $25K, and one account at either $50K or $100K. So a trader can hold up to four High Stakes accounts simultaneously, picking one from each tier band.

Targets, drawdown, leverage. Step 1 profit target is 10%, Step 2 profit target is 5%, and funded scaling targets are 10% per tier. The daily loss rule is 5%. Terminates the account on breach in both phases. Maximum drawdown is 10% from initial account balance, also terminating. Leverage is 1:100. The highest leverage across The 5%ers CFD lineup, which makes High Stakes attractive to traders who want larger position sizes per unit of risk capital.

Pricing. Step 1 entry is $19 across all account sizes. The firm's official high-stakes product page lists $19 as the entry across every tier from $2.5K through $100K. Larger account sizes may carry additional progression costs at Step 2 or the funded activation step. Verify the exact totals on the firm's signup page before purchase. Third-party reviews cite $495 for the $100K size as the all-in cost, but that figure is not verified on the official page; use $19 as the documented Step 1 baseline.

Profit split and scaling. High Stakes starts funded traders at 80/20. The highest starting split across the CFD programs. The split scales to 85/15 at a $175,000 balance, 90/10 at $250,000, and 100% at $350,000. At top-tier balances ($350K+), fixed payouts of $4,000 to $10,000 are stated on the firm's payout policy page. Scaling caps at $500,000.

Assets and platform. High Stakes lists "FX, Metals, Indices Oil and Crypto" verbatim on its product page. Oil is included as a tradeable instrument on top of the standard FX/Metals/Indices set, and Crypto CFDs are confirmed. Platform options are MT5 Hedge as the primary, cTrader as an additional option for traders who prefer it (or who require it for US access). Holding through high-impact news is allowed; new orders within 2 minutes before or after high-impact news are not allowed. Overnight and weekend holding are allowed (indices carry high swap on weekends).

Refund mechanism. A 70% refund-as-equity policy is referenced in third-party reviews and the help center for High Stakes. Initial program fee returns as equity with the first payout. This is referenced but not verified on the public product page, so treat it as informational rather than guaranteed. The full 3.5% withdrawal fee on Rise, crypto, and bank transfer applies to High Stakes payouts on the same bi-weekly cadence as the rest of the lineup.

Best fit and avoid-if. High Stakes is the right pick for traders who want a defined 2-step evaluation, the highest leverage on The 5%ers (1:100), exposure to oil as a tradeable instrument, and a clear scaling track to 100% split at $350K. Avoid High Stakes if you want the 1-step simplicity of Hyper Growth or Pro Growth, if a 5% terminate rule on daily loss is too tight, or if you want the $4M scaling ceiling that Hyper Growth offers (High Stakes caps at $500K).

3-step CFD: Bootcamp

Bootcamp is the 3-step CFD evaluation. The longest entry funnel, the tightest position-discipline rules, and the cheapest documented total cost to funded. The program is designed around mandatory stop-loss enforcement and a tiered progression that builds rule-discipline before unlocking funded capital.

The 3-step structure. Bootcamp progresses through three evaluation steps before reaching a funded account.

StageBalanceProfit TargetMax LossDaily Pause
Step 1 $5,000 6% 5% .
Step 2 $10,000 6% 5% .
Step 3 $15,000 6% 5% .
Funded $20,000+ 5% 4% 3%

Each step has the same 6% profit target and 5% maximum loss. The funded stage drops the profit target to 5%, tightens the maximum loss to 4%, and adds a 3% daily pause (not terminate). Same pause logic as Hyper Growth.

Pricing. Step 1 entry is $22. There is no fee for progression from Step 1 to Step 2 or Step 2 to Step 3. The only fees are the entry and the funded activation. Funded activation is $50. Total cost to funded is $72. The cheapest documented path across The 5%ers. A $2 Hub Credit bonus is granted after passing Step 1. The same total ($72) applies whether the trader chooses the $20K, $100K, or $250K starting tier. The cost is for evaluation entry, not for the final account size.

The mandatory stop-loss rule. Every position on Bootcamp must have a stop-loss attached, visible in the trading platform. No single position may risk more than 2% of account balance. Opening a position without a visible stop-loss is a violation. Setting a stop-loss that risks more than 2% is also a violation. Five violations terminate the account. This is the strictest position-sizing rule across The 5%ers' programs and the program's signature differentiator.

Maximum accounts. Bootcamp permits one $250K account, one $100K account, and two $20K accounts concurrently. Each account must use a different trading method. Coordinated identical execution across accounts is grounds for termination. The leverage is 1:30 across all sizes.

Profit split and scaling. Bootcamp follows the same 50/50 → 75/25 → 80/20 → 100% scaling track as Hyper Growth, with the same $4,000,000 ceiling. Time limit is unlimited (subject only to the 30-day inactivity rule).

Assets. Bootcamp lists FX, Metals, and Indices in its asset specifications. Crypto CFDs are not listed for Bootcamp. Bootcamp is one of the two The 5%ers tracks without crypto access (the other being Futures). News trading is allowed; bracket strategies (multi-direction news plays) are prohibited. Overnight and weekend holding are allowed; indices carry high swap on weekends.

Best fit and avoid-if. Bootcamp is the right pick for traders who want the cheapest documented entry to a funded The 5%ers account, who benefit from explicit position-sizing discipline (the mandatory stop-loss enforces good habits), and who are willing to work through a 3-step funnel. Avoid Bootcamp if you want a faster path to funded (Hyper Growth or High Stakes are quicker), if you want crypto CFD access (use Hyper Growth, Pro Growth, or High Stakes), or if the visible-stop-loss requirement clashes with your trading style (some discretionary traders dislike publishing the stop level).

Futures track: Basecamp and Rebate

The 5%ers Futures track is a separate product on the Black Arrow platform. The firm's dedicated futures evaluation track that launched in beta in February 2026. It is not MT5, not cTrader, and not a CFD program. The instruments are exchange-traded futures contracts: equity index futures (ES, NQ, YM, RTY and the corresponding micros), energy (CL, NG), metals (GC, SI), and bond and FX futures cross-referenced from third-party coverage. The Futures track accepts US traders by default. Black Arrow is registered for US futures trading.

The two variants. Two Futures programs share the same evaluation structure, account sizes, and rule set. The distinction is the commission structure.

  • Futures Basecamp. Standard commission structure on every contract.
  • Futures Rebate. Daily commission rebate up to 100% for high-volume traders. The underlying rules and pricing match Basecamp; the Rebate variant is the high-volume version that effectively returns commission as a daily payment.

Structure and sizes. Both variants are 2-phase evaluations: Eval Phase → Funded Stage. Account sizes are $25,000 and $50,000.

Targets, drawdown, contracts. Profit target is 6% on the evaluation phase and 4% on the funded phase. Maximum loss is 3% on an End-of-Day basis (not intraday trailing). Both phases. The 30% per-position consistency rule applies: no single position may generate more than 30% of total profits across the account. Contract limits are 2 mini and 20 micro contracts in evaluation and funded.

Holding rules. Overnight holding is allowed up to 1 mini or 10 micro contracts. Weekend holding is not permitted. All positions must close at least 10 minutes before market close. News trading is allowed.

Pricing. $50 activation for the evaluation phase. $70 activation upon passing to the funded phase. One-time fees with no monthly recurring charge. The entry economics are different from monthly-subscription futures firms (Topstep, Apex, Tradeify) that charge a recurring fee through the evaluation.

Profit split and scaling. Profit split starts at 80/20 on the funded stage and scales as the account grows. Scaling milestones are 10% profit triggers. Each milestone scales the account, adds 5% to buying power, and adds 1 mini or 10 micro additional contracts. Scaling ceiling is $500,000.

Paul angle. I've passed multiple 5%ers Futures evaluations on Black Arrow during the beta rollout. Got in early, three months in, $9,000 across multiple bi-weekly withdrawals, no friction on the payout side. The 30%-per-position rule on Futures kept me honest without tripping me. The EOD-basis 3% maximum loss is one of the cleaner drawdown structures in futures prop because it does not punish intraday volatility. Only what the account closes at by end of day. Black Arrow as a platform is functional; it's not as feature-rich as NinjaTrader 8 or as polished as Tradovate, but for the rule set it works.

The multi-asset positioning is what makes The 5%ers different from the futures-only crowd. A trader can run a Hyper Growth or High Stakes CFD account alongside a Futures Basecamp account. Different platforms, different rule sets, different asset classes. Under the same firm umbrella. Futures-only firms (Apex, Topstep, Tradeify) and CFD-only firms (FTMO, MFF) don't offer that.

Best fit and avoid-if. The Futures track is the right pick for traders who want exchange-traded futures access, prefer one-time fees over monthly subscriptions, and value the EOD-basis drawdown structure. Avoid Futures Basecamp/Rebate if you require Tradovate or NinjaTrader 8 (Black Arrow is the only platform), if you want crypto futures (none of the listed instruments are crypto), or if you require weekend position-holding (not permitted). For a deep-dive on the platform mechanics, see the Black Arrow platform article.

How scaling works across all programs

Scaling on The 5%ers follows two patterns depending on the program track. Both are anchored to profit-milestone triggers. Hit a defined profit target, the account scales up.

Pattern A. Hyper Growth and Bootcamp. Profit split starts at 50/50 and scales through 75/25, 80/20, and 100% as the account balance grows toward the $4,000,000 ceiling. Each tier has its own profit-milestone trigger, typically 10% of the current tier. The scaling track is the longest in the lineup. Designed for traders who plan to run multi-year on the same firm and want a path to managing $4M in simulated capital.

Pattern B. Pro Growth, High Stakes, and Futures. Profit split starts higher (75/25 on Pro Growth, 80/20 on High Stakes, 80/20 on Futures) and scales to 100% as the account grows to $500,000. The scaling milestones differ by program. High Stakes has explicit checkpoints at $175K (85/15), $250K (90/10), and $350K (100% plus fixed payouts $4K-$10K). Pro Growth follows a similar 75/25 → 80/20 → 100% sequence. Futures scales 80/20 with 5% buying power and 1 mini / 10 micro contract additions per 10% milestone.

For the full math. Every milestone, every tier, every fixed payout at the top of High Stakes. See the dedicated scaling plan article. The key takeaway here is that the choice of scaling pattern is a function of program choice. Pick Hyper Growth or Bootcamp for the long $4M track. Pick Pro Growth, High Stakes, or Futures for the faster ramp to 100% split at a lower ceiling.

Which program fits your trading style?

The 5%ers' six programs map cleanly to four trader profiles. The question to answer first: am I a CFD trader or a futures trader? That bifurcates the lineup into the four CFD programs (MT5/cTrader) and the two Futures programs (Black Arrow). The second question: how do I prefer to be evaluated?

Trader ProfilePreferred StructureBest-Fit ProgramWhy
Cautious learner who wants the cheapest-cost entry and a forgiving daily loss rule 1-step or 3-step Hyper Growth or Bootcamp 3% pause (not terminate) on Hyper Growth; mandatory stop-loss discipline on Bootcamp; Bootcamp's $72 total cost is the cheapest documented
Disciplined CFD trader who wants 75/25+ from day one and accepts strict daily loss 1-step Pro Growth 75/25 split start, 3% terminate rule, 3 minimum profitable days, $500K scaling track
Active CFD trader who wants high leverage and exposure to oil + crypto 2-step High Stakes 1:100 leverage, oil + crypto on the asset list, 80/20 split start, $19 Step 1 across all sizes
Futures trader who wants exchange-traded contracts and one-time fees 2-phase Futures Futures Basecamp or Rebate EOD-basis 3% max loss, one-time $50 + $70 fees, 80/20 split, accepts US traders

A trader running multiple styles (CFD + futures) can hold programs across both tracks concurrently. Hyper Growth on MT5 plus Futures Basecamp on Black Arrow is a valid combination. Each program has its own account-stacking rules, so verify the maximum-accounts logic on each side before stacking.

Capital level is a secondary filter. Bootcamp's $20K starting tier is the lowest-friction entry point. Hyper Growth's $5K-$20K range is built for traders ramping into the 1-step style. High Stakes' $2.5K-$100K range covers the broadest size band on The 5%ers. Pick the size that matches your conviction, not the maximum you can afford. Futures' $25K and $50K sizes are the standard futures entry points; the $50K is the natural fit for a trader who wants the contract limits room (2 mini / 20 micro applies on both sizes).

Style-fit is the final filter. Event traders who hold through high-impact news will find Pro Growth and High Stakes the most accommodating on the news-buffer rules (2 minutes around events). Both still allow the hold itself. Bracket strategists are blocked on every CFD program. Position-discipline-first traders will find Bootcamp's mandatory stop-loss rule a feature, not a friction. Crypto-CFD traders are restricted to Hyper Growth, Pro Growth, and High Stakes.

The bottom line

The 5%ers is the right firm for traders who want a multi-asset funded trading setup under one umbrella. CFD on MT5 or cTrader plus Futures on Black Arrow. With a documented payout history (262,000 funded traders, ~$43M cited in payouts, bi-weekly cadence) and a six-program lineup that covers 1-step, 2-step, 3-step, and 2-phase futures structures. Hyper Growth's 3% pause-not-terminate rule and Bootcamp's $72 total to funded are the standout entry points on the CFD side. The Futures track at $50 + $70 with EOD-basis drawdown and 80/20 starting split is one of the cleaner futures evaluations on the market.

The 5%ers is not the right firm for traders who require Tradovate or NinjaTrader 8 on the futures side (Black Arrow only), traders who need crypto-futures access (none of the futures instruments are crypto), traders who want sub-$50 monthly subscription pricing on a recurring basis (The 5%ers is one-time fees with optional re-evaluation, not monthly), or traders who want a regulated broker rather than an unregulated prop firm (The 5%ers operates a simulated environment in line with the rest of the prop trading category. For regulated retail trading, look elsewhere). For traders who want a futures-only firm with broader platform support, the Topstep or Apex paths are alternatives. For traders who want a CFD-only firm with deeper European footprint, FTMO is the comparable alternative.

High Stakes is a fit for traders who want larger account sizes upfront, news-holding allowed (with a 2-minute new-order buffer around high-impact news), and a defined 80/20, 85/15, 90/10, 100% scaling track up to $500K. Step 1 entry is $19 across all account sizes.

Bootcamp is The 5%ers' 3-step CFD evaluation. The structure progresses through Step 1 ($5K balance), Step 2 ($10K), and Step 3 ($15K). Each with a 6% profit target and 5% maximum loss. Before reaching the funded $20K stage where targets drop to 5% with a 4% maximum loss and a 3% daily pause. Total cost to funded is $72. $22 Step 1 plus $50 funded activation.

What are the The 5%ers Futures programs?

The 5%ers Futures track has two variants. Basecamp and Rebate. Both 2-phase evaluations on the Black Arrow trading platform. Account sizes are $25K and $50K. Activation is $50 for evaluation plus $70 on passing to funded. The Rebate variant adds a daily commission rebate up to 100%; the underlying rules and pricing match Basecamp. The Futures track launched in beta in February 2026 and accepts US traders.

How many The 5%ers accounts can I run at once?

Account stacking limits vary by program. Hyper Growth allows up to $40,000 total across accounts. High Stakes allows one $2.5K, one $5K, one at the $10K-or-$25K tier, and one at the $50K-or-$100K tier. Bootcamp allows one $250K, one $100K, and two $20K accounts. Each must use a different trading method. Pro Growth allows one account per size tier (one $5K, one $10K, one $20K). Futures program account stacking is governed by the Black Arrow platform terms and account-limit rules; verify current caps in your dashboard.

What is the The 5%ers profit split structure?

Profit splits vary by program and scaling tier. Hyper Growth starts at 50/50 and scales to 75/25, 80/20, and 100% as the account grows toward $4M. Pro Growth starts at 75/25, then 80/20, then 100% up to $500K. High Stakes starts at 80/20, then 85/15 at $175K balance, 90/10 at $250K, and 100% at $350K plus fixed payouts of $4K-$10K at top tiers. Can I trade news on The 5%ers accounts?

News trading rules vary by program. Hyper Growth allows holding through high-impact news; bracket strategies (orders placed minutes before news to catch either direction) are not allowed. High Stakes allows holding through news but does not allow new orders within 2 minutes before or after high-impact events. Pro Growth follows the same 2-minute buffer rule. Bootcamp allows news holding and prohibits bracket strategies. Futures Basecamp and Rebate allow news trading. The bracket-strategy ban and the 2-minute buffer are the load-bearing constraints to know.

Black Arrow is the dedicated futures platform; Tradovate and NinjaTrader 8 are not currently supported on The 5%ers Futures.

This structure is standard for the prop trading industry. The 5%ers has been operating since 2016 with 262,000 funded traders cited on the homepage and roughly $43M in payouts cited by third-party aggregators.

Which The 5%ers program is best for beginners?

Bootcamp is the most beginner-aligned The 5%ers program. The 3-step progression with a $5K to $10K to $15K balance ramp builds discipline at smaller risk before reaching the funded $20K stage. The mandatory stop-loss rule enforces position-sizing habits. Total cost to funded is $72, the lowest-friction path for traders who want to learn the rule structure before scaling. Hyper Growth is the next-best beginner option: 1-step, no minimum days, 3% pause (not terminate) on daily loss. High Stakes and Pro Growth carry stricter daily loss rules (terminate) and are better suited to traders with rule-discipline already built.

Can I buy multiple The 5%ers programs at the same time?

Yes. The 5%ers permits multiple programs across the lineup, subject to each program's own account-stacking caps. A trader can hold one or more Hyper Growth accounts (up to $40K total), High Stakes accounts (per the size-tier rules), Bootcamp accounts (up to one $250K + one $100K + two $20K), and Pro Growth accounts (one per size tier) concurrently. CFD and Futures accounts run on different platforms (MT5/cTrader vs Black Arrow) and are managed separately. Copy trading or coordination across accounts is prohibited and grounds for termination.

What happens if I breach a The 5%ers rule?

Breach handling depends on the rule and the program. A daily loss PAUSE on Hyper Growth pauses trading until the next server reset and does not terminate the account. A daily loss TERMINATE on Pro Growth, High Stakes, Bootcamp funded, or Futures closes the account. Maximum drawdown breaches terminate the account on every program. The Bootcamp stop-loss violations system terminates after five infractions. Copy-trading, arbitrage, HFT, latency arbitrage, and emulator-based EA detection lead to account termination without refund. The 30-day inactivity rule closes accounts that go untraded for 30 consecutive days.

Is there a time limit on The 5%ers evaluations?

No fixed evaluation deadline applies on The 5%ers CFD programs. Hyper Growth, Pro Growth, High Stakes, and Bootcamp all have unlimited time to complete the evaluation phase, subject only to the 30-consecutive-day inactivity rule that closes any untraded account. Futures Basecamp and Rebate evaluations also do not impose a fixed pass-by-date; the inactivity rule applies. The unlimited-time structure is one of the standout flexibility differentiators on The 5%ers compared to firms that impose 30-day or 60-day evaluation deadlines.
